Exciting Showdown in Women's Basketball Group Stage: Chinese Taipei vs South Korea

Chinese Taipei faced off against South Korea in the Group match in the 19th Asia Games Hangzhou on the afternoon of Oct.1st. Before the game, many fans were speculating which team would advance to the first place. As the game started, Chinese Taipei team showed a strong strength and got the first and second shots quickly. However, South Korea mounted a spirited comeback. They began to catch up with and even surpass. The first quarter saw a tight competition, with both teams scoring basket after basket.
In the following game, South Korea performed better and was in the lead. Their defence was almost perfect so it's difficult for Chinese Taipei to narrow the score gap, but Chinese Taipei team didn't back down and still strove to score. In the end, South Korea hold their lead with a final score of 87:59. As the whistle blown, the stadium burst into cheers as both team acknowledged each other’s efforts.
Even though Chinese Taipei lost the game, we are supposed to learn their spirit presented when they face the difficulties and pressure during the game, which is trying their best till the last minute. Let's look forward to their following performance.
